DAMAGES OR WRONG ITEM
We take great care to check every item, and pack with care before they are shipped out. In the unfortunate event that your order arrived damaged or is the wrong item, please take photos and videos showing condition of item to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 calendar days of order being delivered with the email heading "Damage, Defect or Wrong Item". We will prioritize your email to evaluate and resolve the issue immediately. We provide 1-to-1 replacement.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATION
If you change your mind after placing your order, please contact us directly at email@example.com. We accommodate changes or cancellation as long as shipment has not yet been arranged.
