To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unworn, and in its original packaging.

Return shipping fees shall be borne by the buyer/customer.

Upon receiving the item, we will review its condition. Once it is confirmed to be in good condition for exchange, we will issue you a shop credit of the value you bought that you may use to order for the item you wish to exchange to.


We take great care to check every item, and pack with care before they are shipped out. In the unfortunate event that your order arrived damaged or is the wrong item, please take photos and videos showing condition of item to within 7 calendar days of order being delivered with the email heading "Damage, Defect or Wrong Item". We will prioritize your email to evaluate and resolve the issue immediately. We provide 1-to-1 replacement.
