EXCHANGES
DAMAGES OR WRONG ITEM
We take great care to inspect and pack all items prior to shipment.
In the unfortunate event that your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please notify us via Whatsapp text to +65 8910 5981 within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery.
To submit a claim:

Send photos and videos clearly showing the issue

Include packaging condition

Provide your order number
Claims submitted after 7 calendar days may be rejected as items are deemed accepted in satisfactory condition.
We will review your case and if approved, a 1-to-1 replacement will be provided.
We reserve the right to request return of the original item before replacement is issued.

CANCELLATION
If you change your mind after placing your order, please contact us directly with your order number via whatsapp text at +65 8910 5981. We accommodate cancellation as long as shipment has not yet been arranged.
For customized or made-to-order products, cancellation is not permitted once design work or production has started.

All orders are shipped with tracking with tracking code provided to customer via email.
Delivery is considered fulfilled when:

The carrier marks the parcel as delivered, OR
-
The parcel is made available for pickup and the carrier provides documented delivery attempt or pickup notification records.
Carrier tracking records and delivery attempt documentation are considered official proof of fulfillment. Failure to collect a parcel within the carrier’s holding period does not constitute non-delivery.
If a parcel is returned due to:

Non-collection

Refusal
-
Failure to respond to carrier notifications
The following applies:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Return shipping and bank handling fees will be deducted

Reshipping requires payment of new shipping fees

CHARGEBACK REQUESTS
We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback request so that we can resolve the matter promptly.
Accounts associated with repeated chargeback requests may be restricted from future purchases.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for:

Providing accurate measurements and specifications for customized products

Selecting the correct product variant

Providing a complete and correct shipping address

Monitoring tracking updates
Orders placed using incorrect measurements, specifications, or addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refund.
